- **Event Description**: Join the University of Nevada, Reno College of Engineering's celebration of our upcoming graduates at our Order of the Engineer event!About this EventThe Order of the Engineer was initiated in the United States to foster a spirit of pride and responsibility in the engineering profession, to bridge the gap between training and experience, and to present to the public a visible symbol identifying the engineer. We are honored to be a part of your experience.The induction ceremonies will be held in-person on Friday, December 5th in the Davidson Math & Science Center, Room 110 (DMSC 110). There is a one-time initiation fee $30, along with a $3.85 processing fee, and there are no annual dues.There will be one ceremony; 5:00–7:00 p.m.You are welcome to use any website to measure the pinky finger of your writing hand; we suggest this method. Please note you are required to attend the ceremony in order to receive the ring. If you pay for a ring and do not attend the ceremony, your payment will be refunded, less the processing fee.Please register and pay by November 28, 2025, if you wish to join.Please contact Sharee Williams at shareew@unr.edu or (775) 784-6529 if you have any questions.
